1. Cancellation Before Service Confirmation
- If you cancel your service request before it is confirmed by a service provider, you will not be charged any cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation After Service Confirmation
- If the service request is canceled after being confirmed but before the professional has started traveling to your location, a nominal cancellation fee may be applied.
- If the service provider has already started traveling or is on-site, cancellation will incur a fee equivalent to the visit charge or a portion of the service cost to compensate the professional's time and effort.
3. No-Show Policy
- If the service provider arrives at the scheduled time and the customer is unavailable or unwilling to proceed with the service, the visit charge will be applicable.
4. Emergency Situations
- In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, we encourage customers to inform us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation charges. We will assess such cases on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Policy for Canceled Services
- If you have pre-paid for a service and cancel it, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment method used.
